Shipping & Returns

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies depending on total weight of all items purchased in one transaction.

Shipping is free for all orders over $29.95

 

What are your shipping times?

Shipping times are 7 business days on average. However, we have experienced delays due to covid-19. Please allow up to two weeks.

We ship from Australia and are an Australian based company.

 

Refunds and Returns

Returns

Our return policy lasts 90 days. Once you receive the purchased item and a 100% refund can be claimed within the first 14 days. If the 14 days have gone by, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You may be charged a 10% restocking fee, and shipping back the item is at your cost if it not proved to be defective in anyway.

If you happen to receive a defective item, we will send back another one express delivery at our charge, and provide you with an extra gift to apologize. Please note that defective items are a rare case scenario.

 

Exchange

The item doesn't fit? Contact us within the first 14 days after you have received your purchase, return the item to our warehouse and we are more than happy to provide you with the perfectly fitting product. Guaranteed hassle free !

 

Lost & damaged items

Receive a FREE reshipment for damaged & lost items. Even these cases remain the exception and are caused by the postal service, we don't shy away and take the extra mile to make you smile !

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@glissen.co

 Extended shipping time We do not grant refunds on items, which haven't arrived at the recipient's address. No refund will be given due to long shipping times. This includes scenarios where the extended shipping is out of our control e.g. in times of Natural Disasters, Disease Outbreak or Shipping Company Strikes. Wrong shipping addresses

We can not be held responsible for wrong shipping addresses, which are entered by the customer / purchaser. Thus, we do not grant any refunds or returns on items, which do not arrive due to the provision of wrong or incorrect shipping addresses. It is considered as the customers responsibility and may bear full liability.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over $59.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are very selective about the quality of products that enter our range. When we do discover something new that offers our customers great value for money, you can expect that it will make an appearance on our website. Generally, we might have new beauty tools, creams and serums added at least every couple of months.
